From my early days as a stylist working in a commission-based salon, I envisioned creating a space where every professional could reach the top of their potential. I didn’t want a “the more you make, the more I make” business model; instead, I dreamed of a place where the sky is truly the limit—where each stylist has full control over their hours, their earnings, and their path to success. With over a decade of experience in the industry, and now as a new mom, I understand how crucial it is to have flexibility, autonomy, and a work environment that supports a balanced lifestyle. This vision led to the creation of The Collections: a space designed for independent stylists to thrive, on their own terms.

Bri Reynolds brings her unique upscale style and has created a truly unique glamorous relaxing environment where clients can unwind, recharge, and leave feeling their best. From classic styles to bold transformations, we are passionate about helping women express themselves and achieve their dream look.
